How the ATA 24 records group and move forward.
This map separates the two main-inverter item stacks, the static-inverter chain, and the two battery roles. It is a catalog relationship map, not an electrical schematic or installation approval.

ASH664-5 and ASH665-5 belong to different chains. PC250 and PC250C both point to 200102 but are not printed as direct alternates. The RG-390E replacement path comes from separate manufacturer STC eligibility material, not from an IPC replacement note.

| Emergency battery | 100-0540-04 | 24-30-05-17, -22, and -23 | XL245 in the IPC; XL245-C in the manufacturer index |
This is a part-number map. It does not show electrical distribution, test points, wiring, load priority, or troubleshooting logic.
Main inverter chain A
Figure 24-20-05-15, item 45 starts with a reciprocal alternate pair:
- ASH664-5 is an alternate spare for 100-1600-01
- 100-1600-01 is an alternate spare for ASH664-5 and tells the reader to order 100-1600-04
The forward path then continues:
100-1600-01 to 100-1600-04 to 100-1600-04 MOD 1
At the middle step, 100-1600-04 and 140-380010-5 are printed as alternate spares. Both direct new spares orders to the MOD 1 record.
MOD 1 is part of the catalog identity. A quote that drops those words can turn the request back into the base record.
Main inverter chain B
Figure 24-50-05-21, item 235 uses a separate set of records:
ASH665-5 or 140-380010-1 to 140-380010-3 to 140-380010-7
ASH665-5 and the early 140-380010-1 row are alternate spares. Both point forward to 140-380010-3. The -3 row identifies itself as the replacement for ASH665-5 and -1, then directs spares orders to -7. The -7 row identifies itself as the replacement for -3.
The 140-380010-1 record also has a second effectivity block marked pre Mod 25G235A. The -3 row is marked Mod 25G235A and pre Mod 25G748A. The -7 row is marked Mod 25G748A.
Those modification notes are part of the check. They should stay with the aircraft serial and the offered unit.
Why the two main inverter chains stay separate
The catalog uses related drawing-style and vendor-style numbers, but it does not print one blanket statement joining every number in both item stacks.
Do not flatten these distinctions:
- ASH664-5 is not ASH665-5
- 140-380010-5 belongs to the 100-1600-04 alternate pair in Figure 24-20-05-15
- 140-380010-3 and 140-380010-7 belong to the separate Figure 24-50-05-21 forward chain
Commercial databases may show additional cross-references. Those links help find a source. The IPC and approved modification data still control the technical conclusion.
Static inverter chain
PC250 and PC250C are separate source records. The IPC does not print them as direct alternates. It does print the same forward destination:
PC250 to 200102
PC250C to 200102
PC250 is marked as a unit exchange item. PC250C carries pre Mod 25G269A, without Kit 149-3445, and Vendor SB 111692-014 wording in the panel figure. Both records reference CMM 24-20-03.
The PC250, PC250C, and 200102 guide keeps those details in one comparison.
Main battery records
The IPC prints quantity 2 for both 23491-3 and RG-390E at the ZM and ZN positions, but the serial lists vary by figure.
The IPC does not say RG-390E replaces 23491-3. Concorde’s manufacturer eligibility material supplies that separate statement under STC ST00415LA for Hawker 800 and 800XP aircraft.
That distinction matters. A catalog placement is not the same thing as an STC installation path.
The 23491-3 versus RG-390E guide lays out the two evidence tracks.
Emergency battery 100-0540-04
The IPC calls 100-0540-04 an XL245 emergency battery and uses it in four rows with assembly-specific quantities. Securaplane’s manufacturer manual index maps the exact part number to XL245-C and MM-0069-01.
No replacement number is printed in the reviewed IPC rows. Other XL245 dash numbers should not be accepted on family name alone.
What to put on the sourcing request
For an inverter, include the complete part number, MOD status, aircraft serial, installed position, modification status, and unit serial number.
For a battery, include the exact part number, battery chemistry, aircraft serial, installed position, and the approved installation basis when an STC is involved.
For either item, confirm condition, traceability, release paperwork, core terms, and any quote-specific exclusions before the order moves.
Direct lookup answers
Common questions.
Are ASH664-5 and ASH665-5 the same Hawker inverter?
No. The IPC places them in separate figures with different alternate-spare and forward-order chains. Keep the last digit with the exact data-plate identity.
Which number replaces PC250 and PC250C?
The IPC identifies 200102 as the spares replacement for PC250 and PC250C in Figure 24-50-05-21.
Does the IPC say RG-390E replaces 23491-3?
No. The IPC lists both batteries by effectivity. The replacement path comes from Concorde eligibility material for STC ST00415LA.
