Hawker 800XP 102466-5 to 102466-13 Pressure Regulator
The reviewed IPC directs both 102466-5 spares rows to 102466-13, and both 102466-13 rows identify the later number as the spares replacement for 102466-5. Each row prints quantity 2. Figure 21-30-05-10 uses Mod 25G173A/B language, while Figure 21-30-05-10B uses Mod 25G173B language and a separate effectivity block.
Reviewed 2026-08-21↗02 / GUIDEHawker 800XP 103278-13S1 vs 103278-13S2 vs 103278-18
The reviewed IPC treats 103278-13S1, 103278-13S2, and 103278-18 as separate cabin air-pressure valve records. S1 appears with pre Mod 25F586C, pre SB21-160, and pre SB21-3621 wording. S2 appears with kit 4200097-3, Mod 25F586C, SB21-160, and separate pre SB21-3621 wording. The -18 rows are marked SB21-3621. The IPC does not print one blanket supersession statement across all three numbers.
Reviewed 2026-08-21↗03 / GUIDEHawker 800XP 130530-4 to 130530-5 Cabin-Pressure Controller
Every reviewed IPC row directs 130530-4 spares requests to 130530-5, and every corresponding 130530-5 row calls the later number the spares replacement for 130530-4. The controller appears in two ATA 21 installation rows and four ATA 31 panel rows. Each row prints quantity 1, while the ATA 31 replacement rows also carry unit-exchange language.
Reviewed 2026-08-21↗04 / GUIDEHawker 800XP 23491-3 vs RG-390E Main Battery
The IPC lists both 23491-3 and RG-390E as quantity-2 ZM and ZN battery records, with serial effectivity split across ATA 24 figures. The IPC does not print a replacement arrow between them. Concorde's manufacturer eligibility list separately states that STC ST00415LA installs two RG-390E batteries to replace 23491 or 23491-3 nickel-cadmium batteries on Hawker 800 and 800XP aircraft.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗05 / GUIDEHawker 800XP AIR45396 Steering-Jack Replacement Chain
The AIR45396 steering-jack family has two kinds of catalog relationships. Figure 32-20-00-30 lists AIR45396, AIR45396-6, and AIR45396-7 as alternate spares and ties them to different parent assemblies. Figure 32-50-00-15 directs AIR45396 and AIR45396-5 spares requests to AIR45396-7. Keep the figure and parent-assembly context. The reviewed IPC does not grant unrestricted, two-way interchangeability among all four numbers.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗06 / GUIDEHawker 800XP AIR45574 Accumulator Replacement and Effectivity
The reviewed IPC directs AIR45574 spares requests to AIR45574-4 in two ATA 29 figures. Figure 29-20-05-20 clearly identifies AIR45574-4 as the replacement for AIR45574 and prints quantity 1 for effectivity 8266-8999. Figure 29-10-05-45 prints quantity 2 for serial 8277 only, but its AIR45574-4 row incorrectly says the number replaces itself. That self-reference is an unresolved source error, not valid interchangeability evidence.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗07 / GUIDEHawker 800XP AIR48284 Relief-Valve Replacement Chain
The reviewed IPC prints a forward spares chain of AIR48284 to AIR48284-1 to AIR48284-2 at Figure 32-50-00-15, item 55. AIR48284 and AIR48284-1 print effectivity 8266-8599 and 8601-8999, excluding serial 8600. AIR48284-2 prints the continuous range 8266-8999. The export does not explain the effectivity change and does not state reverse interchangeability.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗08 / GUIDEHawker 800XP Brake Pressure Switches and Transducer
TP42000, TP42001, and 695-4-21 are separate Hawker catalog records. TP42000 is listed at Figure 32-40-20-10 item 125, quantity two. TP42001 is at Figure 32-40-20-15 item 160, quantity one. Transducer 695-4-21 is at Figure 32-40-20-10 item 30, quantity two. The IPC does not state that these numbers substitute for one another.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗09 / GUIDEHawker 800XP Brake-Control Valve Part-Number Map
The reviewed ATA 32 catalog places AC61518, AC67732, and AC69784 in both the valve-and-mounting and wheel-brake piping figures. It separately places AH081963 and AH081964 as outer and inner shuttle valves in the wheel-and-brake figure. This is a part-number location map, not a hydraulic flow or system-operation diagram.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗10 / GUIDEHawker 800XP Electrical Power Part-Number Map
The reviewed ATA 24 records divide into five catalog groups: an ASH664-5 to 100-1600-04 MOD 1 main-inverter chain, a separate ASH665-5 to 140-380010-7 main-inverter chain, a PC250 and PC250C to 200102 static-inverter chain, the 23491-3 and RG-390E main-battery records, and the 100-0540-04 XL245-C emergency-battery record. The map keeps IPC relationships separate from manufacturer STC eligibility.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗11 / GUIDEHawker 800XP Hydraulic Power Part-Number Map
The reviewed Hawker hydraulic-power records divide into eight working groups: the 42022-03 engine pump and its pressure and temperature indications; three different filter positions; the main reservoir and tank-pressure components; the ground servicing hand-pump group; pressure-control and relief valves; several non-return valve positions; the accumulator and emergency-brake warning group; and the emergency tank, pump, filter, and low-level-switch group. The same ATA chapter contains forward replacements, reciprocal alternates, same-item effectivity changes, repeated left and right placements, and stand-alone records. Those relationships must be read separately.
Reviewed 2026-08-21↗12 / GUIDEHawker 800XP Hydraulic Pump 42022-03 Identification
The reviewed IPC uses hydraulic pump part number 42022-03 at both the left-hand and right-hand engine positions. The ATA 29 engine-accessory figures list the same number at item 127. The ATA 71 engine-installation figure lists it separately at LH item 174 and RH item 176. Every row prints type AP05V086-03, kit 140-5001, SB29-101, unit-exchange status, CMM 29-10-22, quantity 1, and effectivity 8266-8999.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗13 / GUIDEHawker 800XP Hydraulic Relief and Non-Return Valve Identification
Hawker 800XP hydraulic valve lookups must be resolved by exact function and catalog position. AIR45394 is the quantity-2 full-flow relief family, AIR45418 is the inward-relief family, AIR87236 is the reservoir outward-relief family, AC69536 repeats at three pressure-release positions, AIR45474 is the pressure-maintaining family, and AC61518 with PAS129-163 are separate reducing valves. The non-return group includes AIR87240 at both engine pumps, AIR45468, the reciprocal 25-7SF281A and AIR87246 pair, HTE400096, HTE4350, HTE4853, and the repeated AIR48026 family. A generic valve description does not establish interchangeability.
Reviewed 2026-08-21↗14 / GUIDEHawker 800XP Hydraulic Tank and Reservoir Part Numbers
The main hydraulic tank changes at the same figure and item from 25-7HC17-47 for effectivity 8266-8374 to 25-1H15273-1A for 8375-8999 under Mod 25F655A wording. The emergency tank figure has two separate changes at the same boundary: item 10 changes from 25HC161AD to 25-1H15275-3A, while item 85 changes from 25HC159AB to 251H15275-1A. These are catalog effectivity changes, not blanket two-way interchange statements. The nearby gauge, filter, relief valve, low-level switch, and tank-pressure valves remain separate part records.
Reviewed 2026-08-21↗15 / GUIDEHawker 800XP Maxaret Identification: AC65216 vs AC65218
AC65216 and AC65218 are separate position-assigned Maxaret assemblies. The reviewed IPC assigns AC65216 to the left-hand inner and right-hand outer positions. It assigns AC65218 to the left-hand outer and right-hand inner positions. Match the exact number and removal position. The catalog does not state that the two numbers are interchangeable.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗16 / GUIDEHawker 800XP Nose-Wheel Steering Part-Number Map
The reviewed nose-wheel steering records group into five catalog areas: 25-6CX283A for the steering handwheel, the four-number AIR45396 steering-jack family, AIR45412 and AIR150414 as separate filter and element records, AIR45408 and AIR45408-0 as a steering-valve replacement pair, and the AIR48284 three-number relief-valve chain. This is a part-number map, not a hydraulic or troubleshooting schematic.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗17 / GUIDEHawker 800XP PC250, PC250C, and 200102 Static Inverter
The reviewed IPC sends both PC250 and PC250C spares requests to 200102. PC250 is a unit exchange item. PC250C carries pre Mod 25G269A, without Kit 149-3445, and Vendor SB 111692-014 language in Figure 24-50-05-21. The 200102 row explicitly calls itself the spares replacement for PC250 and PC250C. The three numbers remain separate canonical records.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗18 / GUIDEHow to Read Hawker IPC Spares Replacement and Supersession Notes
Treat replacement language as directional. If a Hawker IPC row says to order a different number for spares, follow the direction from the legacy number to the named spares number. Do not turn that note into reverse interchangeability. An alternate or supersession should be claimed only when current approved data states the relationship and its limits.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗19 / GUIDEHow to Verify Hawker Part Effectivity by Aircraft Serial Number
Start with the complete aircraft serial number, then use the current IPC revision that applies to that aircraft. Find the part in its system figure and read the effectivity, item, dash number, quantity, and modification notes together. A serial number inside a printed range is one check. It does not approve a particular unit or override later approved data.
Reviewed 2026-08-20↗01How should I search when I have an exact Hawker part number?
+
Enter the complete number, including its prefix, suffix, and dash number. Start with the formatting printed on the part tag, catalog, or paperwork. If the first search does not match, try a normalized version without spaces, but do not assume two similar numbers identify the same part.
02How can I look for a Hawker part when I do not have the part number?
+
Start with the aircraft model, relevant serial range, and aircraft system. Add a plain description of the unit or assembly. Use the resulting model and system directory to narrow the record set before comparing names or supplier listings.
03Does a matching search result confirm that a part fits the aircraft?
+
No. A search match is a research lead, not an installation approval. Confirm the aircraft model, variant, serial effectivity, dash number, and any supersession note against the current approved technical data for that aircraft.
04What information will a Hawker part record include?
+
A publishable record should include the exact part number, preferred name, known aliases, aircraft and system context, effectivity limits, cross-reference status, technical sources, related records, and clearly labeled links where the part or a related service may be found.
05Do the source links mean a Hawker part is in stock or airworthy?
+
No. A source link means the destination may help continue the search. Confirm current availability, condition, traceability, certification, effectivity, and commercial terms directly with that source. A listing by itself does not establish airworthiness or approval for installation.
06Why does the site not create a separate page for every search question?
+
Closely related wording belongs on one strong canonical page. A separate page is published only when it serves a distinct task and has enough evidence and original explanation to stand on its own. This avoids thin, repeated pages that are harder to trust and maintain.
