Hawker 800XP Hydraulic Power Part-Number Map

Direct answer

The reviewed Hawker hydraulic-power records divide into eight working groups: the 42022-03 engine pump and its pressure and temperature indications; three different filter positions; the main reservoir and tank-pressure components; the ground servicing hand-pump group; pressure-control and relief valves; several non-return valve positions; the accumulator and emergency-brake warning group; and the emergency tank, pump, filter, and low-level-switch group. The same ATA chapter contains forward replacements, reciprocal alternates, same-item effectivity changes, repeated left and right placements, and stand-alone records. Those relationships must be read separately.

Original catalog map

How the hydraulic records group and cross-reference.

This map groups the published numbers by their IPC role and printed relationship. It is not a hydraulic schematic, troubleshooting chart, or servicing reference.

The map separates same-item effectivity changes, forward replacements, reciprocal alternates, and repeated placements. It does not turn those different catalog statements into a single interchange rule.

The technical source supports the printed identities, figures, items, quantities, effectivity, relationship wording, and CMM references described here. It does not support troubleshooting, servicing, or installation approval.

Start with the exact hydraulic function

The generic words valve, filter, switch, and tank are not enough for a Hawker lookup. ATA 29 uses several parts with the same short nomenclature in different positions.

For example, 2125H4, AIR87366-0, 25HC31A, and MFHA15104 are all filter records. Their catalog positions and roles are different. A quote for hydraulic filter without the part number and position can return a plausible-looking unit for the wrong installation.

The same problem is larger with non-return valves. AIR45468, AIR48026, AIR87240, AIR87246, HTE400096, HTE4350, and HTE4853 are not one interchangeable family. Keep the figure, item, quantity, and system function with the request.

Read four relationship types separately

Forward spares replacement

A base row that says for spares order a dash number gives a direction. AIR45394 points to AIR45394-0, AIR45424 points to AIR45424-0, and AIR45468 points to AIR45468-0. Do not automatically reverse the direction.

Reciprocal alternate spare

25-7SF281A and AIR87246 each list the other as an alternate spare at the same figure and item. MFHA15104 and MFHA15104-1 do the same. That is stronger cross-reference evidence than a one-way supplier listing, but current approved data still controls installation.

Same-item effectivity change

The main hydraulic tank and emergency tank records change part number at a serial boundary. That is not the same as a spares-replacement note. The hydraulic tank and reservoir guide walks through those rows.

Repeated placement

42022-03 and AIR87240 appear at both engine positions. 25HC31A appears in two tank figures. AIR48026 repeats across hydraulic and landing-gear-related figures. Repetition identifies catalog placement. It does not create a new part relationship.

Engine pump and indication records

The IPC uses 42022-03 at both engine-driven hydraulic-pump positions. The separate AIR87240 record is the non-return valve shown in both pump figures.

211C223-647 is the pressure switch and the printed spares replacement for HE15185-4SN1. 150T283 is the temperature switch. 18293201-1 is the pressure gauge in the tank figure and starts at effectivity 8277.

These parts can all appear in a hydraulic-pressure search, but they are not substitutes for each other.

Ground servicing pump versus emergency pump

AIR45424 and AIR45424-0 are the ground servicing hand-pump family in Figure 29-10-05-35. 25SF1341AB is the assembly record at a different item in that figure.

AIR45448 and AIR45448-1 are the emergency hydraulic hand-pump family in Figure 29-20-05-15. The similar hand-pump wording is not permission to cross the two applications.

Pressure, relief, and non-return valves

The hydraulic valve identification guide sorts the valve records by installed role and printed relationship.

Key checks include:

  • AIR45394 to AIR45394-0 is the quantity-2 full-flow relief-valve family
  • AIR45418 to AIR45418-0 is the inward-relief-valve family with four serial exclusions
  • AIR45474 to AIR45474-0 is the pressure-valve family with two names in the source
  • AC61518 and PAS129-163 are different reducing-valve records
  • HTE4350 has a hydraulic quantity-2 placement and also appears in fuel-system searches
  • AIR87236 points to AIR87236-0, but the supplied export has no separate -0 application row

Emergency hydraulic records

The item-10 emergency tank assembly changes from 25HC161AD through effectivity 8374 to 25-1H15275-3A from 8375. Item 85 changes separately from 25HC159AB to 251H15275-1A.

AIR87366-0, AIR45448-1, MFHA15104-1, and 3515000-76 are separate suction-filter, hand-pump, filter, and low-level-switch records. Preserve each exact function when searching.

What to send with a hydraulic parts request

Send the complete part number and dash number, the aircraft model and serial, the figure and item, the installed-unit data plate, the requested condition, and any exchange requirement. If the number sits on an effectivity split, include the modification state and the source row used.

Do not use this map to trace hydraulic flow, charge an accumulator, test a switch, operate a hand pump, diagnose a fault, or approve a unit for installation. Those tasks require current approved technical data.

Direct lookup answers

Common questions.

Which hydraulic pump part number is used at the left and right engine positions?

The reviewed IPC uses 42022-03 at both engine hydraulic-pump positions. AIR87240 is the separate case-drain non-return valve shown in both engine-pump figures.

Which Hawker hydraulic filter part numbers are not interchangeable by description alone?

2125H4 is the pressure filter assembly, AIR87366-0 is the suction-filter assembly, 25HC31A appears at both tank figures, and MFHA15104 with MFHA15104-1 is the emergency-system filter pair.

Which hydraulic records use a forward spares replacement?

The reviewed families include AIR45394 to AIR45394-0, AIR45418 to AIR45418-0, AIR45424 to AIR45424-0, AIR45468 to AIR45468-0, AIR45474 to AIR45474-0, AIR45574 to AIR45574-4, AIR45448 to AIR45448-1, and AIR48026 to AIR48026-0.
